Beginning August 10, 2009, you can fill out an application form online for The 2010 Prudential Spirit of Community Awards (applicants younger than 13, please see note below). The online application process is administered by International Scholarship and Tuition Services (ISTS). The deadline for submitting your application is November 2, 2009.

Instructions

1. Step 1: Review the application questions so that you'll be fully prepared to fill out the online application form.
   
   
2. Step 2: Register for the program. After entering your name and address, you'll be issued an Applicant Identification Number (AIN) that is required to log in to the site.
   
   
3. Step 3: Log in to begin a new application or to continue, revise, or check the status of an existing application. You will be required to enter your AIN and the access key: SPIRIT

       

If you are under 13 years old, a parent or legal guardian must provide his or her consent before you can apply online due to requirements of the federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If you are under 13, please print out this notification letter and have your parent or guardian sign it. You will not be considered for this program until your parent's or guardian's consent has been received.
