Katharine Ewall


Katharine Ewall, Brookline High School, co-founded a summer day camp for children of a Sioux Indian Reservation in South Dakota to provide some stability for the small community. She and two friends raised $4,000 to fund the month-long program. They also organized and provided activities involving cooking, swimming and arts and crafts from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. everyday.
