Emily Fischer, Charino Regional High School, Wood River Junction, organized a student group called "Majority Over Butts" (M.O.B.) to keep cigarette smoking out of the school environment. As part of her effort, Emily organized a rally, attended by over 650 students, the superintendent and several school officials to encourage a more stringent school smoking policy. Today, due in large to Fischer's work, her school has one of the toughest smoking policies in Rhode Island.
