Elizabeth Mouton, 18, of Carthage, Missouri, a senior at Carthage High School, has been caring for an elderly woman with Alzheimer's Disease since 2006. Whenever the woman's family is out of town, Elizabeth prepares meals for the woman, changes her clothes, administers medicine, and keeps her company.
