Distinguished Finalist

Norma Isaac, 18, of Choctaw, Mississippi, a junior at Choctaw Central High School, raises awareness and money to support a variety of organizations focused on autism. Norma, whose younger brother is autistic, creates traditional Choctaw beadwork and sells it to raise funds, and attends Native American powwows across the Midwest and Southeast to speak about autism and the need for a cure.
