Distinguished Finalist

Sierra Spicer, 18, of Laurel, Del., a senior at Laurel High School, has served for four years on the Board of Directors for The Hope House I and II Project, a housing program for the homeless in the Laurel area. In that time, Sierra has spearheaded fund-raising events that yielded thousands of dollars to support the 50 families and 125 children that the Hope House has served.
