Distinguished Finalist

Sarina Seger, 17, of Williamston, Mich., a senior at Okemos High School in Okemos, recruited 25 fellow high school students to take part in a mentoring program for underprivileged children at a local elementary school. Sarina worked with a teacher advisor to plan the program, organized weekly study and game activities, and supervised the mentoring sessions.
